Service before failure.

Machinery does not need to fail before it deserves attention. Planned strip-down, servicing and overhaul can identify deterioration, wear and developing faults before they become production failures.

GES can receive machinery and assemblies into the workshop for controlled strip-down, inspection, servicing and refurbishment based on condition and operational requirements.

GES applies the same practical approach at either end of the scale — inspect the condition, understand the cause and determine what can be serviced, repaired, refurbished or needs replacing.

Wear tells a story.

Damage rarely happens without a reason. Wear patterns, failed fits, damaged running surfaces and deterioration between mating components can all provide evidence of what has happened and what needs correcting.

Machinery, mechanical assemblies and individual components can be received into the GES workshop for inspection, servicing, repair and refurbishment. Where practical, bringing the work into the workshop allows controlled strip-down, inspection and rebuild without unnecessarily tying up the customer's own engineering resources.
