Machinery does not need to fail before it deserves attention. Planned strip-down, servicing and overhaul can identify deterioration, wear and developing faults before they become production failures.
GES can receive machinery and assemblies into the workshop for controlled strip-down, inspection, servicing and refurbishment based on condition and operational requirements.

Wear marks, damaged running surfaces, contamination, movement and alignment all help build the picture. The objective is to find the cause of the condition — not simply replace the most obvious component.

Machinery, mechanical assemblies and individual components can be received into the GES workshop for inspection, servicing, repair and refurbishment. Where practical, bringing the work into the workshop allows controlled strip-down, inspection and rebuild without unnecessarily tying up the customer's own engineering resources.
